Ann Alsina
Ann Alsina believes that the basic tenets of financial planning are relationships and client education. After spending years working in this male-dominated industry while raising children and managing a household, she founded CovingtonAlsina in 2012 to further her passion for providing advice to other strong, successful women.
When Ann began to see so many women uncertain of their rights and unaware of the impact divorce could have on legal, financial, and family matters, she became a Second Saturday leader. Approaching the process in a logical, yet compassionate way empowers women to build a strong future for themselves.
Ann lives and works in Annapolis, Maryland. She has successfully completed the FINRA sponsored Series 7, 63 and 65 exams and holds these registrations at LPL Financial. She is a licensed Life and Disability agent and holds both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Life Underwriter® designations.
She currently serves on the board of trustees of Historic Annapolis. Past board service includes serving as the Chair of the Finance Council for St. Mary’s Church, Vice-President of The Annapolis Opera, and Treasurer of The Summit School. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, hiking and visiting museums.
